Each COLINÉ piece is individually handcrafted with natural pearls. Because no two pearls are exactly alike, every piece carries its own subtle variations in shape, tone, texture, and luster.
Please allow approximately 7 business days for your piece to be carefully prepared before shipment.
Before Your Piece Ships
Before dispatch, we will send detailed photographs of your finished piece to the email address provided with your order, allowing you to see its unique pearls and natural characteristics before it begins its journey to you.
This preview is provided so you can see the exact piece prepared for you and does not require a response before shipment.
Delivery Estimates
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- United States: Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
- International Destinations: Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and do not include the 7-business-day preparation period. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, local carriers, peak seasons, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Natural variation is the defining character of COLINÉ. Subtle differences in color, shape, surface, and luster are natural characteristics of genuine pearls rather than imperfections.
